I work at a Drs office we had alhambra for years no problem this company buys them and now nothing but issues calling them for 2 days straight hold time is insane only to find out they no longer have drivers in our area (since March) but you sure charge us the equipment we cant use because we've been out of water. finally get a hold of someone in customer service oh we will have someone out tomorrow only to never show. Don't bother saying to email you we are not going to we will be finding another company on Monday

I arranged for a cooler and 4 bottles of water and was given a $50 discount. I recieved a call that there system had an issue and they lost my order. I called back and they said my order was on track. 4 bottles of water was on my driveway the day before my water was supposed to be delivered. I called and was told the water cooler would be delivered several days later. The cooler was delivered and another 4 bottles of water was left as well. I called and asked to have the extras bottles picked up, I just dont have the room. They ask me to keep the bottles until next delivery and I agree. After the bottles are picked up I check my bill and they only credit me for the bottle deposit not the cost and the $50 credit was not applied. I call and they say I need to email. I email and the return email says that since I did not order a water cooler I did not get the credit. I explain the issue and neer hear back. I call and they cant help me. So I have been billed for 3 delivery charges 2 of whic were to correct the incorrect deliveries and 8 bottles of water and was never given any credit. After 7 phone calls wiht long hold waits and numerous emails still no resolution.

Crappy Customer Service. Will break after a year.

Got a model 601214, thermostat went out. I emailed the customer service from the website with the model number and explained the situation. I was emailed back telling me to call the 844 number.
The CS R on the phone said they only have a one year warranty. It’s outside of that by a few months (which is a surprise) so I asked how I can get a new thermostat, Custer service agent says “we don’t carry that”. Why even tell me to call???? It even says “for replacement parts”. What a joke of a company. Throwing away the paperweight.

Water Good but customer service is dreadful

Primo water is not a good company.

Primo water consumed it's way to being a publicly traded company. The original company used to have values and integrity. Now this monster just lyes and gives empty promises. They are extremely good at apologizing but after you hear it once an apology has no value. Beware of this cooperate mongrel they are only concerned with their bottom line. Even the giants fall. Primo employee Jose R must hold the Guinness record for apologies.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Horrible experience every time I have to call for mistakes they make. I'm writing this review while I am on hold with them for 2 hours already trying to resolve them overcharging me. And they disconnected the call at 2 hours and 9 minutes. Waste of time.

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever.

First, I am giving you one star, because there is not a zero stars option. My delivery was scheduled for 01/28/2021. No delivery yet as of 02/04/2021. I have been calling every day to get a delivery date, and all I get is excuses from customer service (drivers sick/injured, warehouse closed, route not running, etc). I even spoke to a manager that offered little or no help. Meanwhile I have seven bottles on my porch that need to be picked up. I have been a Sparkletts customer for over 30 years, and deliveries were always on time. Since Primo took over, things are going downhill fast. I am seriously thinking about cancelling my service. If you don't listen when I talk, maybe you will listen when I walk.

Customer service, Devon, deserves kudos!

Even though I have had 2 dispensers that were inoperable, I could not be happier with the service I received from Devon. Remarkably, he answered the call on both occasions. Devon was professional and personable. Thank you for your help.

good customer service but i got the primo deluxe water cooler and after two months it leaked and hot water coming out all taps they sent a 2nd one two months same thing and same for the 3rd one this is not a good cooler soon the warranty well run out and looks like it was a waste of money

Primo Water Dispenser broken down after 1,5 year

I purchased my Primo Bottom Loading Water Dispenser in December 2018, last week it stopped working.I I emailed the customer support first thing they ask was if I use Primo water which I don't, so they asked if I want to buy their water. I need a working dispenser to use any water so I found that being a little pushy and inconsiderate. Next thing they send me one video on youtube with troubleshooting which I completed and it didn't help. In next email they basically told my warranty expired. The warranty is for one year and I have dispenser for 1,5 year. And that I need to buy a new one. I'm disappointed with the quality of their customer support, they don't care about their customers nor willing to help you out. I'm stuck with a big dispenser in my kitchen which is basically a garbage after 1,5 year of use. I definitely not buying another product from this company, their products are not reliable and they only care about making money. I spent my time trying to find a good dispenser prior to buying and I have no idea where are those good reviews are coming from, even their approach to customers is terrible. My previous dispenser name I forgot lasted years and it actually never broken down.

Bottom loading Dispenser is Junk!

Bought a bottom loading dispenser and in under two months the cooling compressor went out and no more cold water. Even worse, wife lost recent. Ok, its a learning experience & sometimes things happen in production. Went out of pocket on a second unit. This time, two weeks & the cold water goes out. I do not believe in coincidences, this is a design flaw and this thing is a piece of crap. The $50 one I got from Amazon is 4yrs old & still works perfectly. Save yourself the headache & pass on their machines!

Eh, worked for a year...

Product worked great for a year. However, once that year came around, I started having trouble with the empty light blinking even with a full jug.
This has deteriorated over the last few months and now the dispenser no longer works. It won't pump water anymore.
